Hiatt Thompson also makes an extensive line of police style restraints.  These are an interesting variation using a solid metal bar instead of chain links/   Imported from England and assembled in the USA by Hiatt-Thompson Corp.
Common features:
  • double locking mechanisms with 15 position stops on cuffs.
  • solid bar style is ½" in diameter, uses welded ring ends (non-swivel) and has a hole in the bar center.
  • use standard handcuff keys
  • available only in a nickel plated finish
