We can accept payment in the form of money orders, Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express.
We rather not get a personal check, but if you do send one, we
will wait until it clears before shipping anything.
All credit card orders must have a name and billing address that
matches the name and billing on the card. We will verify this
with our clearing house. Orders shipped to other than the billing
address must have a phone number. We will call you as a guard
against fraud. Charges are submitted at time of order shipment
and only for items shipped.

We
have a SSL encrypted shopping cart functional on this site. You can
shop on-line as you browse through the catalog pages. There is no
particular order that has to be followed. Additional information can
be found on the cart help page found at left.
You have several choices for submitting payment:
- When finished shopping use the secure
check-out facility to submit your payment information
- If you rather not send your credit card via the
Internet, then:
- fill out the credit card number with
1111-2222-3333-4444 and a valid expiration date.
- indicate a time for us to call you back, you
must give us your phone number, and we will call you to
confirm you order and then obtain your credit card
information.
- You can print out the order form page and the
check-out page then snail mail them to us at:

Orders will be shipped as quickly as
possible, generally within 48 to 72 hrs assuming the items are
in stock. We will back-order items not in stock. You will not be charged
extra postage for the shipping of back-order items, if we split the
shipping of the order.

- Method
- Our preferred method of shipping is Priority Mail from
the USPS. It's reasonably quick, not terribly expensive and
you can have packages sent to a PO Box or a street address.
Overseas we use Global Priority Mail, Small Packets Airmail,
or International Parcel Post Express depending on the size of the
order, its cost and shipping country. We will also use first
class mail for very light, small items.
- Charges (note: Effective January 1, 2012 postage
rates have increased)
- Our normal, minimum shipping charge is $3.85. Some items have a
reduced rate and are so noted. The prices in the catalog include
an allowance for postage for medium sized orders shipped within
the continental USA.
In our experience most items will ship for at a one or two lb rate or
small flat rate. (this translates into a minimum of $5.85 depending on where you
live).
We only charge for exact amount needed (we
will notify you if the shipping is going to be a surprise).
International charges start at $11.50 and can exceed $45.00
depending on the order. If need more information on shipping
charges please use the USPS postal calculator. In addition, you
are responsible for customs duties and any VAT.

if you want us to use UPS or FedEx.

We will accept returns for the exchange of most products that
prove to be defective upon receipt. Please notify us that there
is a problem and send it back in a suitable economical manner.
We will reimburse you for your expense.
We cannot accept returns of personal garments (underwear, erotic ware) or
anal toys due to safety concerns. Some cock and ball items are
returnable if their construction material allows for disinfecting.
If you wish to return an item because you do not like it or
it is not suitable for the usage you had in mind, we reserve the right
to will charge a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return postage
as well.
If the item turns out to be the wrong size, please contact
us, we will work out a favorable exchange. All original packaging and warranty cards must be returned
along with the item. Please e-mail or call us prior to returning
anything.
